Hillary expected to bow out of race on Saturday: After 17 months, Senator Hillary Clinton will reportedly suspend her presidential campaign on Saturday and endorse Senator Barack Obama. Democratic party leaders were influential in convincing Clinton to end her fight to become the first female presidential candidate. Clinton will thank her supporters and call for party unity to defeat Republican nominee John McCain in the fall.
Sex among high school students on the rise: 47.8% of high school students had sexual intercourse in 2007, up from 45.6% in 2001 according to the CDC. More teens are also having unprotected sex. Only 61.5% of teens used a condom, down from 63% in 2003.
Ed McMahon fighting home foreclosure: Even famed TV sidekick Ed McMahon is feeling the pinch in these hard economic times. McMahon defaulted on his mortgage for his $4.8 million Beverly Hills mansion. The home is on the market for $6.5 million, but is having difficulty attracting a buyer due to the close proximity to the home of paparazzi favorite Britney Spears.
All children reunited with parents from polygamist sect: All 400 children removed from a Texas polygamist compound in April and placed in state protective custody have been returned to their parents. Families are now facing the decision on whether or not to return to the ranch. The child sexual abuse criminal investigation continues, but so far no charges have been filed.
