Britney may make comeback at Video Music Awards...again: MTV is considering bringing Britney back at their annual show. This comes after what some call a disastrous opening performance of "Gimme More" in 2007. "Everyone deserves a second or third chance, right?" stated Van Toffler, president of MTV Networks Music Group.

5-year-old saves sister from accidental hanging: Trevor Caron heard his little sister choking from a string of beads while his grandmother was in a different room. "I thought Hannah would die in three more seconds," he said. "But then that's when I got off my bed and ran to Hannah and saved Hannah's life." Her mother rushed her to the hospital. "Her doctor looked at her and said my son saved her life," she said. "It was very close. She was seconds away from passing out."

Many teens getting their alcohol from adults: Among the 10.8 million underage drinkers in the U.S., 40 percent are reported to have gotten free alcohol from an adult within the last month. "In far too many instances, parents directly enable their children's underage drinking-- in essence encouraging them to risk their health and well-being," acting Surgeon General Dr. Steven K. Galson stated. Underage drinking is connected with more than 5,000 deaths of people under 21 annually.

Michael Gagnon sentenced to 43 years in prison: The 24-year-old was convicted after he drove the wrong way down I-28 under the influence, killing five people. He expressed his remorse saying, "Never will I be able to undo the damage that I have done and I am deeply sorry." Danny Griffin, who lost his wife and daughters in the accident, responds, "I'm sure, just like the rest of us, he'd love to have a do-over. Unfortunately in life, that's not possible."
