Eva's insult, Jessica Alba's baby and 62-year-old Helen Mirren in a bikini!

Eva Longoria Parker's rep is blaming her make-under on Desperate Housewives. According to People magazine, the newlywed has gained weight and cut her hair in the name of art. Her publicist, Liza Anderson says, "She's making herself look like that as her character has let herself go. Gabrielle has gained weight and cut her hair." So this isn't a baby bump? Should we be insulted that once Gabrielle had kids she let herself go? What do you think?

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's baby photos with accompanying interview are rumored to have cost OK! magazine $1.5 million. Alba says she didn't yell during labor and that it was a 'zen' experience. She added, "The labor was more like meditation...I did yoga breathing. I was focused." Her husband, Cash, revealed he hopes his daughter, Honor, looks like him. He joked, "I want her to look like me, because a daughter looking like Jessica, I'd kill myself!"

'Queen' Helen Mirren looks mighty fine in this bikini shot. The soon-to-be 63-year-old Oscar winning actress, on vacation with her director husband Taylor Hackford, puts most of us to shame proudly sporting this suit on the southern tip of Italy. But, don't feel so bad. Mirren has never had children and has said she 'has no maternal instinct whatsoever." Still, not bad for a 'dame' her age!

As a long-time Helen Mirren fan (and occasional stalker), I have always known that Dame Helen had a body that women half her age would kill for. But, even I was amazed at these bikini photos - she simply looks AMAZING for any age. Eat your heart out, Britney, Jessica, Tara and Lindsay!

I think that once your a mom you do end up caring less about the superficial, like your wardrobe and perfect body. But I can see why people may be annoyed that she’s using this as an excuse. She’s pregnant I think.

As far as Eva Longoria… I’d still kill a small child for an hour with that. Dame Helen Mirren… Wow. That’s all I have to say is Wow. And that I’d throw a mattress on the tracks ahead of a train full of nuns to spend an hour with her. Jessica Alba… You people need to think more three dimensionally… what could help a woman to not scream during labor asides from an epidural or marijuanna? Duh, Scientology of course!

Jessica Alba is LYING! I do practice zazen, and those labor contractions made everything fly out the window. Zen-like, my butt. Labor HURTS!!

I don’t doubt Jessica Alba had a wonderful experience and didn’t yell. I don’t know about being completely zen, but I never yelled or screamed and I have yet to meet a woman or be with one during labor who did. Maybe the general population thinks everything they see on TV and hollywood movies about birth is real. Not everyone gets epidurals to manage the pain. Whimps, you need to really experience a natural birth!
