A fitness expert gives us the skinny on having a healthy body.
Dry skin, brittle nails, dull hair--they're enough to make a girl feel like she's aged 20 years in no time. Debi Silber, mom of four and author of The Lifestyle Fitness Program gives us her easy diet suggestions for having a healthy bod--from head to toe:

Get Shiny Hair and Nails: It's all about the fat--healthy fat! Try olive oil in your cooking. Go for two palm-sized proteins like chicken, lean beef or tofu every day. Top off with lots of water.
Strong Eyes: Orange and green veggies are your friend--you need about 2.5 cups a day. Try orange bell peppers and broccoli.
Glowing Skin: Get that celebrity glow by including 2 cups of blueberries and strawberries in your daily diet. Drink lots of water and 3 glasses of milk a day.
Healthy Heart: Trade out saturated fats (butter, milk, cheese) and opt for low fat milk/cheese, leaner cuts of meat, and salmon. Add in 6 teaspoons of healthy oils--like olive or canola oil--per day.
Good Digestion: Get a healthy colon by eating 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of veggies per day. Eat a piece of WHOLE grain bread with breakfast for some good fiber.
Strong Bones: Got milk? Keep osteoporosis away by downing 3 cups a day and go for some lowfat Greek yogurt to top it off.
Clean Liver: Give your hardworking organ at least 3 cups of vegetables a day--broccoli and cauliflower are best. Try to get in 3 cups per week of beans--and don't forget your daily dose of whole grain!
Pump up your mojo: Get great sex by adding some pumpkin seeds, figs, avocado and asparagus to your diet, which will increase blood flow to your vajay--and don't forget to exercise!

I think Rice Bran Oil is also good to add to your diet because of the healthful properties. It is a good choice for cooking and salads.
