We suppose we knew the day would have to come. After all, bachelorette parties nudged their way into the 'men only' world of bachelor parties. Now, 'man showers'--geared to grooms--are a growing trend in the wedding industry. Men--apparently envious of all the bride's pre-wedding attention--have retaliated by throwing their own bashes. There's not really much difference between the versions--both play games (one men-only soiree had guys participating in a "nail-pounding contest") and serve food and--of course--rake in the gifts!
