Rosie and Kelli to Split? Former talk show host Rosie O'Donnell is reportedly breaking up with longtime partner Kelli Carpenter. O'Donnell is currently touring with Cyndi Lauper but sources tell Extra that any rumors of a breakup are false--the two will even go on a family cruise next week. The couple has four children: Chelsea Belle, 10, Parker Jaren, 13, Blake Christopher, 8, and Vivienne Rose, 5.

Milk gets a moo makeover: A tweak in the design of the gallon milk jug is stirring up controversy with consumers. The new jugs are environmentally friendly, cheaper to ship, and the milk is fresher, but the jugs have no spout and customers complain the new containers are difficult for kids to pour, and the milk easily spills. Sam's Club started selling the new jugs in November (lowering costs from $2.58 to $2.18 a gallon), and they are now in 189 stores around the country. They will possibly appear soon in Wal-Marts.

Dying girl gets doc's approval to fly: Hailey Goranflo, 5, a young Kentucky girl suffering from Batten disease, an inherited deadly disorder of the nervous system, was scheduled to fly to China to receive life-saving stem cell injections last weekend. However, she developed congestion and a fever and had to return to Louisville to get a doctor's approval to fly. "It really means a lot to us just for the medical release because this is Hailey's only hope," said her mother Miranda Goranflo. "There is nothing in the U.S. for Hailey at all. If she stays here, she is going to die within a few months. We have to get her over there. This is our only hope."

Young girl trapped in car: A 5-year-old girl was locked inside a car in Philadelphia for hours overnight. According to police, the victim's aunt, boyfriend and four children parked at a house at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday and everyone went inside except for the five-year-old, who was left behind. Neighbors were woken by the child's screams later that morning and called the police, who said the girl was incoherent and not responding. She was rushed to Temple Children's Hospital and has since been released. The aunt and her boyfriend are in custody and face possible child endangerment and assault charges.
