Beattie is a transgender male who retained his female reproductive organs with the hope of becoming pregnant one day. He and his wife, Nancy, decided he would carry their child when they found out she was unable to conceive.

Linda Hogan claims Hulk stalks her: Linda Hogan recently filed papers to prevent her soon-to-be ex-husband from harassing her. She claims that Hulk Hogan, "relentlessly and methodically" follows her, "causing her anxiety and fear for her safety at all times." The motion also claims that Hulk "has a history of violence" toward Linda, "and is capable of attacking [her] at any time." Hulk's lawyer denies these claims. Linda Hogan filed for divorce in November.

Baby video lands teen behind bars: A Georgia teen faces child cruelty charges for posting a YouTube video of a baby being tossed across a room. The video shows the baby being placed on one side of an inflatable pillow before the teen jumps on the other side sending the baby flying. "He really had no explanation," said Col. Duane Sepp of the Lee County Sheriff's Office. "It's all about, I guess, that five seconds of glory, and it's terrible it has to happen at the cost of an 8-month-old child." The teen who filmed the incident with his cell phone is not facing charges.

Individuals with sexsomnia unknowingly engage in sexual activity in their sleep, ranging from masturbation to initiating sex with a partner, to sexual assault/rape. The disorder involves sex without consent, and the judicial system is still struggling with the consequences of these crimes.
