Balthazar Getty's wife humiliated by affair  Sienna Miller's affair with the married actor has been publicized after steamy pictures surfaced this week of the two actors kissing on a boat off the Amalfi coast. Getty has been married for nine years to his wife Rosetta (whose name he tattooed on his chest) and just fathered their fourth child together. Sources say Miller and Getty have been dating for at least two months. "It's humiliating," a friend tells PEOPLE. "Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly."

Boy plays traffic cop with toy radar gun: An 11 year-old boy who was tired of shouting at drivers to slow down as they drove through Stone Lakes subdivision in Louisville, KY, decided to stop them himself. Dressed in a reflective vest, a bicycle helmet, and carrying a flashlight with a built in siren and an orange Hot Wheels radar gun, he began pointing and recording the speed of drivers, who immediately locked up their brakes as soon as they saw the pint-sized cop. Neighbors had complained that drivers speed through the streets at 55 mph, ignoring the signs that post a 25 mph limit.

Woman accused of poisoning son: Amber Brewington, 21, was charged with attempted homicide for trying to poison her 4-month-old son at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh by injecting multiple high volume saltwater solutions into his feeding tube. Brewington said she was trying to speed up her son's death to end his suffering because the boy was suffering from unexplained seizures and possible brain damage. According to the police affidavit, the baby had one of the highest recorded levels of sodium, even for an adult.

Was Dr. Atkins Right? In one of the largest studies to compare a low-fat diet to a low-carb diet, researchers declared a low-carb diet and a Mediterranean-style regimen helps people lose more weight and improves cholesterol than a traditional low-fat diet. The average weight loss for those in the low-carb group was 10.3 pounds after two years. Those in the Mediterranean diet lost 10 pounds, and those on the low-fat regimen dropped 6.5. "It is a vindication," said Abby Bloch of the Atkins Foundation.
