One of our most popular features this week was "When Mommy Has Plastic Surgery." In the three-part series, we explored how momlogic contributor Dr. Pamela Varady's decision to have a endoscopic makeover (which included a brow lift, cheek lift, fat transfers, and chemical peel) affected her twin 10-year-old boys, Max and Dylan.
Many moms were so amazed by Pamela's results that they asked for more photos. Dr. Varady's plastic surgeon Dr. Chia Chi Kao, MD, kindly provided more before and after photos of other patients who've had endoscopic makeovers like Pamela.

I actually like her before picture better. Yeah she looks smoother in the second picture but she looks like an alien. Most plastic surgery “victims” look like really smooth aliens. I’d rather look like a cuddly grandma than some distorted cartoon character. But even though so many people laugh about it behind their backs, these “victims” will never see how weird they really look. They are blind to it.
Wow - that’s a huge difference! I’m rather a fan of the wrinkles myself though. People look “real” with the life wrinkles.
What are you kidding…SHE LOOKS GREAT after the surgery and much younger!
