Stress-Free Dieting

Dieting and exercising can be a very stressful process and not to mention a pain in the a$$. Literally!

Here's a method to dieting that's sure to keep you smiling and coping with the stress that comes from a hectic day. Be sure to follow instructions carefully. We give you, The Coping Diet.

Disclaimer: Not intended for every day use, but it will surely get you through the REALLY stressful days. Enjoy!

Breakfast
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

Lunch
1 small portion of lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Snack
The rest of the Hershey's kisses in the bag
1 tub of Haagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white, either gets the job done)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza (not to be shared with the family)
3 Snickers bars

Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

Remember: Stressed spelled backward is desserts.
