- Altering or removing a patient's clothing while an examination is taking place without consent.

- Not providing the patient with privacy to undress or dress and not providing appropriate gowns.

- Making sexually suggestive or demeaning comments.

- Asking for a date.

- Sexualized touching, fondling, hugging, kissing or petting.

- Having sexual intercourse.
