Last week, we told you about the 1,000 pound woman accused of killing her 2-year old nephew. This week, the prosecution wonders not about her sentence, but how to transport her from her home to court.

Mayra Lizbeth Rosales, 27, has been charged with first degree murder after hitting her nephew, 2-year-old Elisio. An autopsy confirmed the investigators' suspicions that the child died March 18th because he'd been struck twice by Rosales, crushing his head. Though her bail is set at $150,000, she is still where she was when the incident happened--in her bed. Rosales cannot fit through the door to leave her home, and therefore cannot attend court or go to jail. Physically moving the morbidly obese woman will not only be an epic task, it would keep her in prison without access to the medical care she needs to survive. Rosales was photographed and fingerprinted at her Texas home, her mugshot taken from her bed. A capital murder conviction could potentially put her away for life in prison or result in the death penalty, but as either of those options require her to be transported, we're wondering how this will play out...
