Bernard, 30: Chose Model # 1: "She cares about her body. She clearly works out and if she doesn't work out, then she has a good doctor. I'm a breast man and her boobs look nurturing. She has good cleavage and she's not too skinny."

Arthur, 39: Chose Model # 1: "She is thinner and leaner than the rest. She has the same body type as my wife--and I like it."

Mike, 42: Chose Model # 2: "She's my favorite because she's athletic and toned. I'm not a boob man. I like the athletic chick better."

Mike, 25: Chose Model # 3: "She looks realistic, like a real woman. I like women with some curves. I like women to be realistic and healthy. Women don't need to be skinny with big boobs to be attractive."

Here's how some men on the street defended their choices:

We asked momlogic contributor and licensed marriage and family therapist Shannon Fox to weigh in on the state of American society and its love of women who are a size 0. See what she had to say...click here for PAGE 4.

The three bodies in the British survey are all incredibly beautiful: proportionate and curvy. I’m sorry, but I can’t say the same for the women in this survey. Most are posed awkwardly and/or have strange weight distribution. Where are the lovely hourglass figures? It’s not at all surprising to me, that with these women to choose from, Model #1 was the hands-down winner.

I think the presentation of the bodies was COMPLETELY unfair. If you’ll note in the picture from the first article, all women are standing in a sexy manner - the body type in this article that I thought was realistic (#3) was standing like someone who was TOTALLY uncomfortable. They ALL should have been in the same bikini, the same pose, and they should have had similar breast sizes (loved how that guy said #1’s big boobs are nurturing!! HAHAHA). Oh, and I would also recommend putting the size 0 woman in a pose that accentuated her bony shoulders, arms, and back. This was a biased article and I think overall NOT what I thought MomLogic was about.

Wow, thanks so much for ADDING to the body image issues that plague millions of women AND their daughters. Good job, Mom “Logic.” Tons of logic on this crappy website! NOT. Funny how there’s no debate on what the ideal MALE body is. I guess women should accept their beer bellies and bald heads, but they can’t do the same for us. By the way, this is a disgustingly unscientific study. You can’t bump into random guys asking them questions and pretend that this is a real “study.” Also, just because they prefer one body type DOES NOT MEAN THEY DONT LOVE THE BODY THEIR WIFE HAS. If a woman choose an ideal male body, she may choose a 20 year old whose tall and muscular, although that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love her chubby husband and find him sexy. SAME FOR MEN. They may find that size 0 hot, that sure the hell doesn’t mean they’d trade their wife for her. And others have said it perfectly, if that size 0 also had ZERO BOOBS, I HIGHLY DOUBT the response would have been the same. Not to mention her posture has ALOT to do with why she was chosen, AND how her boobs are squeezed together AND her youth. If you would have choose more healthy, curvy women, like America Ferrara, you would have seen different results. But according to you, the secret is that our men actually think we’re fat pigs if we aren’t size 0. MomLogic, giving you logical reasons to hate your body.

I am a size zero, I am 5.3, and my measurements are: 31, 22, 31. I eat 3 healthy meals a day, walk to work and back, and do 30 crunches and yoga every day plus walk for one hour every night. I am 35, and every body thinks I am 22-23 years old. I look younger and healthier than a lot of much younger women and get much more attention from men by FAR. I think the less fat, the less for the gravity to pull down and the more muscle, the more shapely and toned you are. Hands down healthy eating and physical activities pay handsomely :o)

I smell some insecurity and denial. Face it, Fat is not beautiful. Love handles are ugly and that is it. I look like the model no 1, without photoshop and push up bras. Get real and start living healthy instead of making excuses and blaming the good looking ones or labelling them as unreal.
