Recently, we presented you with our "Mom"-jito (and have been gulping the Cuban cocktails down ever since.) In honor of summer, may we suggest a "Frozen Mojito"? We can practically taste the weekend.
Frozen Mojito
Frozen Mojito
1 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
3 ounces rum
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
3 ounces of club soda
1 tray ice cubes
4 lime wedges
This refreshing cocktail is so tasty on a hot summer day -- and it's beyond easy to make. Blend the mint, limeade mix, and ice until mint is fully chopped. Then add 3 ounces (half of the limeade container) of rum, and blend again. Add 3 ounces of club soda, and stir. Pour into four cocktail glasses, and garnish with the lime wedges.
