Dixie Chick gets divorce: Dixie Chick Emily Robison has divorced her husband, Charlie, of nine years. Court documents state that they had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities." The couple has 3 children together.

Grieving mother donates 100 gallons of breastmilk: After Kelley Durrant lost one of her fragile, newborn twins to infection, she decided to dedicate herself to helping other babies survive. On Saturday, she made her final donation to Mother's Milk Bank of North Texas -- donating a total of 100 gallons of breastmilk over 15 months. "Hopefully if I can help some other baby so that maybe they can survive or it gives them a little bit of a boost, I'm happy to do that," Durrant said.

Surrogate child in legal limbo: A Japanese couple has divorced after signing an agreement with an Indian surrogate. The former wife, Yuki Yamada, has decided that she no longer wants the baby. The father, Ikufumi, still wants to adopt the child, but cannot because he divorced shortly before the baby was born. It is Indian law that a single man cannot adopt a child. The child is currently in a hospital in in western Rajasthan state, and cannot legally be taken out of the country.

Granny arrested for driving with child on roof of car: Brenda Bouschet, 54, was arrested after she drove around with her 3-year-old granddaughter on top of her car. According to Bouschet, she was letting the girl get some fresh air and have some fun. She told police that she was driving at "snail speed" and was holding onto her granddaughter's leg. Bouschet was released from jail after 15 hours and now faces child abuse charges.
