Elizabeth says her battle with breast cancer made the infidelity easier to cope with. "None of these (problems) has been easy," she blogs. "But we have stood with one another through them all. Although John believes he should stand alone and take the consequences of his action now, when the door closes behind him, he has his family waiting for him."

American stabbed at the Olympics: A Chinese aggressor stabbed and killed an American man and injured an American woman who were going to attend the games. The attacker also injured a Chinese female tour guide before jumping to his death from second floor of the Drum Tower. It is not immediately known why the incident took place. A White House spokesman said that President Bush, who is attending the Olympic games, has been informed about the American attack.

Comic actor Bernie Mac dies at age 50: Husband, father and grandfather Bernie Mac died this morning in Chicago due to complications of pneumonia. Mac, who starred on the big screen in Ocean's Eleven and Bad Santa, was best known for his role on "The Bernie Mac Show." Mac caused controversy in July with jokes he made at a fundraiser for Barack Obama.

Autopsy reveals two gunman in Oklahoma girls' shooting: Autopsies on the two Oklahoma girls who were gunned down while walking on a country road on June 8, show that there had been two gunmen in the incident. 11-year-old Skyla Jade Whitaker was shot 8 times while her 13-year-old friend, Taylor Paschal-Placker was shot 5 times.
