New sexy pictures of Miley have been hacked from her email account and are all over the Internet.

Risque pictures of Miley Cyrus (and other young stars) continue to be leaked online, but embarrassment isn't stopping them from posing again and again. Hollywood seems to have no negative consequences for sexy photos.

Teens in the real world are imitating their "role models," (like Miley) by trading more nude photos over email than ever before. If caught, they can face severe consequences including arrest for child porn.

Psychologist Dr. Lisa Boesky says, "The challenge with talking to your kids about these photos is that the celebs seem to get positive reinforcement as a result," she says. "Miley is more popular than ever, Vanessa got a role in High School Musical 3...there are seemingly no consequences. Instead, the 'good' girls just get a bit of an edge to their image, which teens see as a good thing."

If your child is posting racy photos online, Dr. Lisa suggests doing two things:

- Ask her what kind of message is she trying to send with these photos. If being overtly sexy makes her feel prettier or more beautiful, talk to her about other healthier ways she can achieve that feeling.

- Don't focus on long-term consequences. Your teen doesn't care what her future employer will think when he or she sees the photos five years in the future. She's only concerned with here and now. So focus instead on how her dad will react. Or the mom of the kid she babysits for. Or her friends. You have to make it relevant to her immediate life for the message to stick.

Where are her parents? Her handlers? Isn’t there someone who can tell her that taking these kinds of pictures is a bad idea? I don’t know if I want my child watching her on TV anymore.

Do your research. These photos are all from the same time frame 6 to 8 months ago. The hacker has them and is releasing them a few at a time for whatever reason. There is little the Cyruses can do now unless they can start legal action. She admits to the mistake and clearly would change it if she could. If you knew anything about 16 year old kids today you would know these are relatively tame (like it or not).

I don’t care how old the photos are. I don’t care how much money she has, how famous she is… she needs to be grounded. Take away her phone, cancel her concerts, curb her destructive ways now before she begins to play with things more dangerous than camera phones - like drugs, alcohol … hello? Miley’s mom and dad???? You need to start parenting this child!!

These pictures were taken 6 to 8 months ago. According to people who actually do their research she was punished already by her parents for an extended period of time. Just because she didn’t stop working is more a contractual legal issue, than lack of parental responsibility. If my duaghter did what Miley did and took pictures of herself and I found out,I would determine the extent of the bad behavoir and how many pictures she took and what she did with them, then I would punish her. I would not punish her everytime the issue came up. Once should be enough. If I found out someone stole the pictures and put them out on web blogs, I would not punish her again, like some people seem to think, since that would not be her fault. Mom logic should set an example of how to properly deal with kids who make mistakes, by showing kids and parents how to support and forgive others, especially other kids when they have done wrong. They should be shown how to determine the facts and not jump to conclusion. Don’t kick her or any kid to the curb like you seem to be doing. She has done very well the last few months, and all you people seem to be doing is passing on false information.

My mother alway said the first thing about being a real Mom is to learn how to forgive, the second is to know how to support, and Love should always be present.

Her parents are obviously blinded and drunk on the money fame. It is time for this family to retreat, regroup and get recentered. This has gotten out of control.

these photos were taken 6 to 8 months ago and as we learned from other photos that were released may not me Miley. And is it our buisness what photos are taken in private. No!!!! My private photos are my private photos. Mileys’ private photos are hers. The hackers are the ones to be blasted on the internted not MC. Leave the girl alone already.

Parents take time and explain to your children what goes online stays online forever. No one knows what tomorrow may bring so choose friends wisely and check cameras and cell phones with cameras at the door. I can put Mileys head on my daughters body if I choose to and say she was over for a sleep over. Educate your kids and let them have someone fun to look up to. Give the girl a break and our kids to.

Parents, we should all refuse to spend another cent on anything Miley and that way there would be consequences to such behavior. Things will not change until our teens see that bad behavior does have consequences. Refuse to buy any more concert tickets to her shows, her merchandise etc.

come on people get a life. she is a tipical teen that comunicates with her friends on the internet. the ones that should be watched are the preditors that are trying to steel pics and things off these underage victoms myspaces and such. leave the little girl alone and find something constructive to do.

I think the real question should be: why is this young girl posing in photos of a sexual nature to start with? Why would she think its o.k.?

Lesa August 6, 2008, 3:09 PM

And here I thought she was more down to earth than the other skanky wannabe twits out there. Maybe this is a phase and she’ll get over it. Whatever.

And what’s with the stupid duck lips and peace sign these days? Don’t these girls realize they are about as gangsta as my grandmother??

You think maybe she’s trying to get Disney to fire her. Hmmm? Maybe a little release from contract action? Maybe a little bit of the old behaving badly to get out routine? Hmm. No? Nothing?

Well, the second picture is obviously a bathing suit. If you look in the background, there is grass. Plus, her hair is wet. She was probably just in the pool. Not that girls wearing those skimpy bathing suits out in public or taking pictures in them is ok by MY standards, but by the world’s standards, it shouldn’t be a big deal at all.

I feel bad for miley i know someone that was a friend of mine that did that and she says “i always feel self conchius about the way that i look and taking pictures of myself in a swimsuit or whatever makes me feel prettier.” i understand that and may b some one puts her down alot about being skinny.
