Obama Rules the Night: Page 3

Says Republican mom logic contributor Anna Lorenzetto, mother of one: "Obama stated that oil use is up 30% since McCain has been in Washington, but he failed to mention the US population is up over 30% in that same period of time.  So, should we stop letting people immigrate to our country or procreate? He is also off the mark when it comes to abortion. Obama is very pro-choice, to the point of not protecting babies that have been born alive after surviving an attempted abortion. He has voted three times to not protect the most innocent and fragile and I can't support someone who would not protect the babies who are issued both birth and death certificates."

Although currently unconfirmed, Presidential candidate John McCain's choice for Vice President is Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. Dubbed the "hockey mom", Palin has only been governor for a little over a year. At 44, Palin is younger than Obama and--like McCain--she calls herself a maverick.

Anna Lorenzetto’s comment is one of the stupidest things I’ve heard in a while.

I’m neither liberal nor conservative—-what boggles my mind is this nonsensical talk from many like Anna Lorenzetto who say they “can’t vote for someone” who’s not pro-life, yet many conservatives are gung-ho when it comes to the death penalty and wars.

It’s just irritating when hypocrites use their religion as a crutch.

Whatever you believe, walk the talk.

I can’t believe the idiots who go on and on about voting for Bush because he’s a “Christian.”

Really? WHAT Bible are you reading because I’m SURE I saw a little something about:

love your neighbor
thou shalt not lie
thou shalt not kill…

And yet, Bush has purposely done the COMPLETE opposite of these “Christian values” in who’s name?

NO ONE’s perfect, we need to stop focusing on words and look at the deeds of these people we trust to take care of our nation.

If you ARE pro-life, this should be for ALL life, not just innocent babies. You can’t pick and choose what part of your religion you’ll believe in. That’s called being a H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E. (AND there’s something in your Bible about that, too!)

Did I ever say that I was pro-death penalty or pro-war? I find it irritating when people feel it necessary to attack someone based on their religious beliefs and then go on to label me as pro-death penalty (which I am NOT) and pro-war (which I am NOT). I am pro-life for ALL life!! and I am not a H-Y-P-O-C-R-I-T-E! Thank you very much. So, know what you are talking about before you post nonsense!
