Hayden Panettiere's dad arrested: Alan Panettiere, 49, was taken into custody after allegedly hitting Hayden's mother, Lesley Vogel, 52, in the face during an argument. He's being served felony charges because Lesley's bruises were visible, and is currently being held on $50,000 bail. People reports Alan became enraged last night after his wife disrespected him at a party. It's not confirmed whether anyone else was home during the argument or if alcohol was involved. | |

Tori Spelling pulls out of 90210 over cash: Although Tori supposedly dropped out of the CW's new 90210 for scheduling conflicts, it's now being reported that the actress is actually in a contract dispute. Deadline Hollywood Daily says Tori was reportedly hired for $10-20k per episode, but Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth will receive $35-50k.
