• Beach volleyballers Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor are 3-0 after being Norway in just 37 minutes
• Swimmer Jason Lezak wins individual gold after competing in the 100 meter freestyle.
• The U.S. men's soccer team was eliminated yesterday after losing to Nigeria
• U.S. did not make the medals platform in diving: Chris Coldwill and Jevon Tarantino finished fourth. China won gold
• U.S. softball women beat Australia  3-0
• American swimmers Allison Schmitt, Caroline Burckle, Natalie Coughlin and Katie Hoff won bronze in the 800 meter freestyle relay
