I have been on Sensa for about 3 weeks now and it is starting to kick in. I used to calorie count like a maniac and now I can just trust that my body will tell me when enough is enough. I have lost 5 pounds and am so excited to move past dieting and into real life with simple portion control.

i have been using it too and have gotten similar results. i’ve lost 9 pounds. it’s super easy and works well with a crazy schedule. it’s hard for me to exercise regularly and eat healthy all the time so this works amazing. i totally recommend it,

I have been doing Sensa for a a month now and I have already felt the benefits. I am a new Mom and this really fits into my schedule. I don’t snack nearly as much as I used to. :) !!

I agree… My mom bought Sensa for me this month for my birthday. I’m pretty sure she got it from QVC, but you might want to Google it just in case. It’s cool, because I don’t feel like I’m dieting for once. I’m eating the same food I’ve always eaten - just less of it. Which is exciting to me, because that alone makes it easier to maintain.
