Eat Treats and Lose Weight!

Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and chocolate! Finally, you can eat all these things and still lose weight -- well, kind of.

Neurologist and founder of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation Dr. Alan Hirsch has spent the past 25 years testing and developing Sensa, to help moms everywhere eat great -- and lose weight. Sensa is not a diet. You don't have to cut out any of the foods you would normally eat or start running five miles a day on the dreaded treadmill. You can have your choice of 12 different food seasonings. Just sprinkle and enjoy! It sounds to good to be true to us.

At Sensa's core, it takes your sense of taste and smell as allies in weight loss. These are the two senses that tell you you're full. The scents in foods we eat trigger the release of hormones that tell our brain it's time to stop eating. By sprinkling Tastants on food, it helps suppress cravings and the desire to overeat.

"Smells impact upon us all the time whether we're aware of it or not, because the part of the brain that we think smells -- or the olfactory bulb -- is actually part of the limbic system, or the emotional brain, so the quickest way to change somebody's mood state or behavior is with smell," Dr. Hirsch said.

1,436 people were tested during this study and the average weight loss was 30.5 pounds in six months. This was without changing any of their eating habits or lifestyle. It's possible that the seasonings stop people from eating an entire cheeseburger -- like they normally -- would because their satisfaction is met. Or, since the seasonings enhance the flavor of typically boring foods, people are suddenly eating healthier. Regardless, we like the sound of this.

Tips when using Sensa

1) Sprinkle Tastants on everything you eat
2) Thoroughly coat food
3) Make sure every bite has Sensa on it
4) Eat what you normally eat
5) Feel full faster and lose weight.

Sensa is 100% safe, and all ingredients found in Sensa are FDA approved. There are no drugs, stimulants, or side effects that are associated with other weight loss products.

I have been on Sensa for about 3 weeks now and it is starting to kick in. I used to calorie count like a maniac and now I can just trust that my body will tell me when enough is enough. I have lost 5 pounds and am so excited to move past dieting and into real life with simple portion control.

i have been using it too and have gotten similar results. i’ve lost 9 pounds. it’s super easy and works well with a crazy schedule. it’s hard for me to exercise regularly and eat healthy all the time so this works amazing. i totally recommend it,

I have been doing Sensa for a a month now and I have already felt the benefits. I am a new Mom and this really fits into my schedule. I don’t snack nearly as much as I used to. :) !!

I agree… My mom bought Sensa for me this month for my birthday. I’m pretty sure she got it from QVC, but you might want to Google it just in case. It’s cool, because I don’t feel like I’m dieting for once. I’m eating the same food I’ve always eaten - just less of it. Which is exciting to me, because that alone makes it easier to maintain. Good luck on your weight loss, guys!
