Who Bailed Out Casey Anthony?

This mystery bail bondsman might just have ulterior motives.

casey_bailers_big.jpg
The mom of missing Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony posted bond yesterday and was released from jail today. Bail bondsman Tony Padilla paid the $500,000 bond for Casey Anthony, 22, who remains a "person of interest" in the disappearance of her daughter, missing for more than two months.

So who is this Padilla guy? According to their Web site, "world-famous bounty hunters Leonard Padilla and Robert Dick are dedicated to the capture of wanted fugitives making our communities and streets a safer place to live in."

A member of Leonard Padilla Bounty Hunters' staff will now move into Anthony's home and stay with Casey, who will be fitted with an ankle-monitoring device. Rumor has it that the Padillas' goal is to shoot a TV show called Bounty Hunters, but the Padillas insist their only interest is finding Caylee.

What do you think about the men who bailed out Casey?

I agree with their logic. Casey is the only connection we have to Caylee—and Casey would not disclose any information while she was incarcerated. Besides, Casey is charged with a minor felony and two (or one?) misdemeanors—her bond amount was unjustifiably high and tantamount to being held on no bond. AND, Casey is PRESUMED innocent until she either is convicted of or pleads guilty to a crime out of this incident. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Padilla who put his money where his mouth is. He is not a anchor/reporter who speculates or just talks about what may be done—nor is he a blogger who just writes about what can be done. He is taking ACTION—he is DOING something to try to bring this baby home. IN LIGHT OF PADILLA’S ACTIONS, WHAT ARE WE DOING TO FIND CAYLEE? We should do more than question the motives of the ONLY person who has ACTED upon a desire to BRING CAYLEE HOME.

I think this is horrible. There are bonds men in Orlando and they could have bialed her out. tgis guy is out for his own frame. He does ot care about that poor little child or Miss Casy………………… This girl has nothing to loose. She is going to run or kill her self which would save everyone some money. She is the worst excuse of a mother I have ever seen. And her Mother and Father are crazy to believe anything she has said.

I agree with Elizabeth’s post. Everyone out there has based their opinion of this on the media’s spin and convicted this girl based on hearsay. If the FBI had come up with any forensic evidence whatsoever she would have been charged by now. There are so many criminals getting out of jail daily on bond that have done far, far worse things than lying - and yet nobody is going nuts over them. There are countless cases where a child was taken and the parent didn’t report it because the abductor threatened to kill the child, or the rest of the family if they did, and so somehow the parent feels the only way to protect the child is to keep quiet. The same thing happens with abused children - often they don’t tell because they’re afraid their family will be harmed. The public has absolutely no way of knowing what is really going on here, only speculation. It simply amazes me how people buy into everything the media puts out. Regardless of their motive - which we can only speculate about - at least these guys are actually DOING something to find out where this baby is instead of sitting there playing prosecutor, judge, and jury all at once without all the facts like the rest of the country is.

Just an F.Y.I. ~ A friend of mine who lives in Orlando sent me this today. “There are real fishy things going on with this whole bond thing. And now the attorney is saying that even though Padilla posted the money…he is not allowed to stay at the home and he has advised Casey that she should NOT speak to him or ANYONE else about the case other than himself and her parents. So if she’s not supposed to talk….then what good did it to get her out of jail? ” SO ~ I do wonder if this bounty hunter realized this situation before or just after he handed over the money to bail out a woman who he will not be allowed to speak to.

I’ve listened to some of Leonard Padilla’s interviews. He said, well, “we’ve tried making her talk by having her sit in jail—that didn’t work. Let’s try something different.” I think it will help a whole lot with communications, because appointments during visitor hours only won’t be needed, and keeping visits under so many per week won’t be needed. Padilla also said that should Casey start saying *anything* new, he would call her lawyer immediately, so that her lawyer could be present. His second call would be to the Sheriff’s Office. As long as Casey says stuff in front of anyone else, even if her lawyer is there, it is public information and won’t be covered by attorney-client privelege. Padilla is no doubt out for publicity for his show. He also strikes me as a ‘good old boy’ who is sharp as a tack, and very keen student of human nature, and people who are not honest, and running or hiding something from the law. Already he’s said, “hey, $225,000 reward…leave the baby at a 24 hour drug store, call me two days later and we’ll arrange for you to get your reward.” Haven’t heard the Police or the Anthony’s trying that angle. He’s already asked about the chain of custody of the stupid smelly car, something Nancy Grace, or the rest of them haven’t brought up. I remember Casey’s brother saying the car sat in his driveway for two days before the police asked about it. Tony’s already said, ‘hey, why weren’t there any interviews with the guys who towed the car…they would have gone inside to tie down the steering wheel’ I’ve wanted to see a timeline of where the car has been for a long time! Casey won’t go to trial on the current charges until NOVEMBER. The media circus will continue until then—but at least Tony will be asking questions, rattling the chains of the investigators, those who dealt with the car, the wonderful investigative journalists (who just don’t ask the right questions.) Will Casey talk to Padilla? I doubt it…but I bet he picks up on some decent leads.

Get a clue, April. What is Casey Anthony doing to find her daughter? Getting her party on? Not going to find Caylee at a bar. Fishy, fishy, fishy.

I would rather be locked in a house with Keyser Soze than her. She is a loon..in fact whatever shes has, she got from her parents cause they are loons too.All this drama wefe lost sight of the real crime…a missing little girl. I think shes gone for good and I think the mom did it. The parents know something and arent talkikng….its all to wierd and this whole realese thing to the lawyer and bounty hunters is just another twist to a very strange and bizarre situation.

Bounty hunters…bondsmen…..reporters…..spokesperson…..Pizza….publicity……reward money…..first thing when she gets home, all this sorry excuse for a mother wants is a shower? Sorry, Casey, all the showers in the world won’t erase your guilt and selfishness. This sideshow will fade at some time, everyone will get rich with books, tv, movie of the week, etc. All I see is a mother has killed her beautiful child and is getting away with it. Mothers should be willing to die before letting harm come to their child. Not eat pizza, dance and take showers. This liar committed the most heinous crime against her own innocent baby and hopefully will burn in hell for this act. Shame on her own parents for protecting her.

Brainstorm! Ok, wait, it just dawned on me what has happened here. John Edwards put up the $225,000 reward money to get the attention OFF him and put it on the lowlife rednecks from FL. Yeahhh, that’s what happened. And, it worked! He is off the front page and can now lie to Elizabeth and say he has to go to FL to help find Caylee. BUT.. we all know (shhhh) that he is really somewhere in a hotel bathroom visiting his baby and videographer. See?. Liars think the public is stupid, but eventually, we figure it out!

THIS “ANIMALISTIC-EXCUSE-OF-A-HUMAN” (OOPS, EXCUSE ME, ANIMALS TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEIR LITTLE ONES) SHOULD BE PLACED WITH THE GENERAL POPULATION OF INMATES IN JAIL NOT KEPT PRIVATELY. THE INMATES, WILL BEAT IT OUT OF HER. THAT’S WHAT SHE NEEDS, A GOOD BEATING. AND WHO BETTER THAN JAILED FEMALES TO DO IT. EVEN MANY FEMALE INMATES HATE CHILD ABUSING PARENTS, PREDATORS, ETC. WHAT A TRAGEDY FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE ANGEL. ALL IN THE ANTHONY FAMILY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. BUT OF COURSE, THEY ARE NOT.

Bounty Hunter? I never heard about it, just for today…. Well Guys, I don’t know what is your purposed but at least you give a suspect a chance to feel free for awhile before she will stay in jail for a lifetime.

Well they found a childs body today. Wonder if hes gonna stick to giving the reward. We are still awaiting whether it is her or not but come on the body was found on the same street Casey Anthony lives on. Its a shame that it has come to this. But if it found to be her daughter I believe she deserves the death penalty. Poor little girl. That whole family should be ashamed of themselves for protecting Casey. But like the saying goes “Karma is a B*@ch” she will get what she deserves.
