Parents at a local school are outraged after a child found a used hypodermic needle during recess and poked herself with it. The young girl, an elementary student in Texas, poked three additional children with the needle. Doctors say that needle contained black tar heroin and the children are undergoing testing for HIV and other blood borne illnesses.
