Troubled country crooner Mindy McCready will voluntarily surrender herself to police on Tuesday to serve a 60-day sentence in a Tennessee jail for violating probation. "I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain," the 32-year-old single mom said. McCready, who was jailed in 2007 for violating probation, recently had a stint in rehab. She has a two and a half-year-old son.
