The Oxford Crown Court found a leading hair-loss consultant guilty of aggressively groping patients' breasts and going as far as calling it 'treatment'! Praminder Mankoo sexually assaulted women in his clinic for over a decade before being turned in to authorities. 'He began to massage my shoulders and slowly his hand crept down until he had a full hold of my breast," victim Rayne Franklin, 48, recalled. "Then he ripped off his coat and stripped naked." The father of four is on bail until next month on the condition that he only offer scalp massages and must have an additional female present.
