Dumbest. Exercise. Ever.

An exercise trend called Laughercize made us LOL -- for all the wrong reasons.

If laughter really is the best medicine, why not mix it with your workout routine? Because it's stupid, that's why. Jennifer Ashton M.D. says there is some truth to adding laughing and exercise. "If you add  laughter, which gives you like a little further contraction of those core muscles -- it could potentially make your workout more effective." Maybe so -- but we'd rather have a saggy abs than the ear-piercing laugh of the instructor of this video.

The creepiest part is her stern face just as the video was ending. Seriously??

When someone is not faking laugh and its genuine you are excercizing your body and face, depending on how funny whatever your laughing about is, you may roll on the floor, hold your belly, which is moving constantly when you laugh, and your face, just look at your face in the mirror when you laugh!! Thats laughercize
