It looks like Val Kilmer may be next in a line of celebrities who want to turn from reading scripts to reading speeches. People reports that the Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico has been fueling rumors that the man who played Jim Morrison has a good chance of being his successor. Earlier this year, Kilmer, who lives on a bison ranch there, said he'd consider running.
