Stolen Jamie Lynn Pics Could Be Child Porn

Cops are on the hunt for a Walmart worker who is trying to peddle breast feeding pics of teen mom Jamie Lynn Spears.

According to TMZ, Jamie Lynn's baby daddy Casey Aldridge brought his digital camera to his local Louisiana Walmart to develop photos of his new family. Among the pics is a shot of Jamie Lynn breast feeding daughter Maddie. A worker at the store (surprise surprise!) saw an opportunity to cash in on the unsuspecting new dad, stole copies of the photos and is now trying to sell them. Where it gets interesting is cops say that because the teen mom is only 17, selling or buying a photo where her underage breast is shown could be considered kiddie porn.

So what's more problematic here? That this young couple who is attempting to lead a private life is being stalked? Or that breast feeding is considered pornographic?

I think the employee should face charges for stealing the pictures in the first place. It is a gross violation of this families personal lives. It is sad that people cannot even get pictures developed without having their lives invaded.

First off that’s SICK!! Secondly I think that it’s awesome that she’s breastfeeding I am only two years older than her and I breastfeed my daughter who is now 5 months. I plan on bf until she’s a year. Most people my age and younger choose bottle feeding because it’s easier and anyone can feed the baby. I am glad to know there are other young moms who chose to breastfeed. As for that worker, I hope they get caught and get in a lot of trouble!!

1. Breastfeeding isn’t pornographic BUT we have a lot of sick people in this world with their crazy fetishes… and 2. Celebrities need to stop being so naive. It’s a DIGITAL camera. Make prints at home. You CAN afford it.

The TMZ story is false and based on a misunderstanding of federal laws! Breast exposure, without more, is NOT ILLEGAL according to American federal child porn law. It doesn’t matter what the purpose or intent of the picture is. If there is no lascivious exhibition of the pubic region, and no sexual act, it is legal. Breast feeding is not a sexual act. If you have a problem with breast feeding why don’t you try to arrest sellers of Penelope Cruz’s well-known film “Jamon Jamon” which shows her having her breasts sucked by a man? It was filmed in Spain before she was 18. The federal government will tell you that film is legal too. That’s why it’s available for sale from so many American DVD stores. Rather than repeating false news, you should be congratulating Jamie Lynn for giving her child natural breast-feeding.
