Check out hot new mama Jessica Alba -- and try not to cry when you remember she gave birth in early June.

The actress sure looks like she's bounced back after having baby Honor. Cash Warren, you better thank your lucky stars every day.

The thing is these actresses feel its their job to get back in shape ASAP. And since they have the resources then why not? I just hope other mothers look at them and feel motivated like I did and not let it get them down when they don’t see results right away.

when i get upset that i’m not back to pre-baby body (i do exercise) and all these actresses and models who have and 3 and 4 kids, and everytime are back to pre-baby within 1 month, my husband is so sweet and says “but they don’t clock in to work at 8 and leave at 5 and come home and make dinner!, they have the time (and nannys) to be able to work out 3 hours a day 6 days a week” i love him so much for being supportive. i don’t like the extra weight (10lbs to go), but he says i was too skinny before.

its all genetics….I was smaller than i was before i had my baby after 3 months and I didnt work out a bit. breastfeeding helps too…I think everyone is different. It depends on athe person and what genes they got. I am sure age plays a factor to.

Mothers should be proud of their bodies (the vessel that brought life into the world). We put too much pressure on ourselves to get back to “normal” weight. The media doesn’t help. You’re right about genetics, we can’t try to be “like” others. We can only work with what we have! If you just keep thinking “My kids and family need me - I am worthy of being healthy”, you will start to do the right things. Be healthy, set a good example for our kids and that beautiful body will come - but then again - it already IS a beautiful body…just ask your kids!
