This isn't your mom's book -- check out the new spin on an old classic.
1972's groundbreaking book "Joy of Sex" changed the way people think and talk about sex. Originally written by Alex Comfort, it addressed such racy (at the time) subjects like bondage and having sex for pleasure, not just for procreation.
And although it's been updated several times over the past 30 years, the latest edition is its sauciest yet, thanks to nearly 60-year-old blogger and sex expert Susan Quilliam. Quilliam has modernized the famous tome with sexy topics like phone sex, Viagra, stripping, and pregnancy sex -- and lots and lots of talk about the clitoris, hooray! To give you an idea, the original book only mentioned this pleasure zone three times.
And the best part? The photos were given a serious upgrade. Instead of showing two horny hippies getting it on, the new book features honest-to-God attractive people, so there's plenty of eye candy.
Check out the new version in January 2009.
