John McCain was on The View this morning and the ladies put him on the defense--big time!
Everyone BUT Elizabeth Hasselbeck (who barely said a word) put their fists up -- especially when talking about McCain's controversial ads against Barack Obama. Wait until you see what Joy told him when discussing the heated topic. We were totally shocked -- and so was he!

I loved it…I think I will watch The View more often!
I have never liked that Joy and I can’t stand the view. I think people are just so narrow minded about the “teams” repub and dem, that it doesn’t even matter and it’s that sort of blind decisions making that has lead us into this mess to begin with. I love us, Americans, and don’t think we are stupid, just that we, as individuals don’t scratch more than the surface of anything, let alone hear and absorb all points of view, whether we agree or not, before we come to our own conclusions.

The way Senator McCain used the lipstick on a pig line was exactly the same as the way Senator Obama used it. You’re going to tell me that we should now feel we’re walking on egg shells because there’s a woman running for VP. That’s just not how it works. Putin, Ahmadinejad, etc. are not going to pull their punches. We need to submit our candidates, Dem or Rep through all kinds of hell because that’s the only way we’re going to know who can handle the job. If you want to play nice, go back to kindergarten where you can all compliment each other and eat glue.

Bye Bye The View. You are on your way to failure. Bad career decision for ALL of you. I guess Elisabeth was too shocked at the total disrespect of John McCain to even speak. Poor girl, she’s out numbered on that show. And to Joy, what comes around goes around, baby. You’ll see! HA! Sorry Senator McCain, you do deserve better than that. I find that comment to be sexist.
These ladies, which I state as such lightly are the rudest individuals on television. Watching them makes me feel like we are all back in high school with those snobbing nasty girls who everyone hated to love.
They need to take the View off of TV. Who watches this stuff?

My comment was not sexist, I said they were ignorant, I did not put them down for being women. That would be sexist. GET IT? They are ignorant because they just put their jobs on the line with their disrespectful interview with a candidate running for President. I am sure there are plenty of Republicans raging mad at the way they treated such a respected man of our party. I’d like to see them do that to Obama. Of course, they wouldn’t, it’s pretty obvious who they are endorsing. BAD CAREER MOVE, AS I SAID. Just another example of the media and their ugliness.
Don’t get upset just because Joy is exposing the liar that Sen. McCain is—do your own research. the ad in question, accusing Obama of supporting sex education for a 5 year old—go look at it…its wasn’t obama’s legislation—the section mccain is talking about is for “age appropriate” sex education—ie talking with kids about predators and talking about good and bad people.
I agree w/ McCain- Obama does chose his words carefully!! He knew EXACTLy what he was saying!
Democrats or Republicans should be able to agree that that was the rudest interview ever. No matter what party Sen. McCain belongs to he served our country and gave alot more than most people in defense of our freedoms. As a military wife, I find it truly distasteful that a veteran was treated so badly on national television. I will not watch this show again.

Obama says that his reason for wanting to teach age appropriate sex ed to 5 year olds is to protect them from predators. And he says that this should be age appropriate. But his support of the law that leaves what is appropriate open to the teachers is irresponsible! I don’t want someone else deciding what is appropriate sex ed for my kindergartner! Teaching our young children that their bodies are private is something that can & should be taught at home.
TO MOMLOGIC I would love to see the video of Barack Obama saying he has traveled to 57 states here on this site. It is quite interesting to me that he said 57. Let me explain why: There just happen to be 57 member states in The Organization of Islam. This is a muslim organization. The OIC rejected the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as not being consistent with Sharia Law. It’s headquarters is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Its member states are in the MIDDLE EAST, Africa, Central Asia, Caucasus, Balkan, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and South America. So, you may take this as just another coincidence like all the other information given to you…like the fact that Barack Obama’s mentor while he was a community organizer was Saul Alinsky, a communist author who dedicated his book to Satan. Or how about Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn? If you don’t know who they are then perhaps a history lesson would reveal to you who they are. Look up radical militants. They hate American Government and are equivalent to Al Qaida. There are plenty more affiliates of Barack Obama that would make you cringe but please do the research yourself. Come up with your own conclusions. Are these Barack Obama’s skeletons coming out of the closet or just coincidence? Please don’t comment if you don’t do the research because there is no point in it. You would be commenting on something you know nothing about. Educate yourself and then comment.
@CK1…you know, at another site I came across how people were all up in arms over Barak’s middle name, Hussein…at the time I was like, whatever, how retarded and petty, well I’m a little slow. My kids bear the middle name Selassie, significant, you bet. And although my son right now says he is an Atheist, ( I feel like the Amish, I can give them steps and lead the way, but they, need to come to it on their own) there’s no doubt that his name is important as to who he is and who he will be as a man, Atheist or not.
