An Oklahoma City mother was charged with child neglect after neighbors found her 3-year-old son wandering around the parking lot of their apartment complex with beer in his bottle. Rose Adame, 32, was so intoxicated she could not stand when police arrived at her apartment complex, according to court papers. She still tried to grab the beer-filled baby bottle so she could continue drinking, court papers say.
