Today's best of the mom blogs.

Blogging for babies: Want to share the latest news about your tot without laboring over a scrapbook or sending Hallmark cards? Turn to social networking sites for babies. According to Parentdish, you can start a blog for your infant kept under her name and written from her perspective. People can filter through your news and choose what they want to hear, rather than suffer through long mass emails. Cool time-saver or just plain weird?

Cookin' up some gender identity: These days, there are plenty of examples of male chefs who are all man -- Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck, and Gordon Ramsey to name of few. But when Perfectly Disheveled buys her son a toy kitchen, her husband fears it's the equivalent of dressing their one-year old in a tu-tu. Is it?

Crib Bumpers, Part Deux:
Recycling is a good practice all around. Even stuff from the nursery can get a second life. Has you're baby outgrown their crib and you don't know what to do with that (probably unused) crib bumper? Goodyblog has some inventive ideas, from making soft books to creating a window valance.
