Women are requesting the Palin 'do at salons everywhere.
First the hype was about her $375 rimless eyeglasses. Now people are buzzing about Palin's hair -- the kinda done, kinda not, pouf in the back, "chip-clipped do." The salon she frequents in Wasilla, Alaska -- appropriately named the Beehive Salon -- told the NY Times that Sarah gets her her hair "did" for a mere $30, and the style is hot. Salons everywhere are getting the requests too, and here's the craziest thing -- wig companies are even making the Palin wig! Wanna be Palin for Halloween?

I agree with you, Carolyn - depending on the prescription, glasses are outrageous - mine are a simple style, but once we add in the progressive bifocal, uv protection and scratch proof - they come up to something closer to $700 every other year.
I love her hair! I think she’s got great taste. Maybe that’s because I’ve been trying to find something for a long time that looks professional, yet also not overdone. I guess that’s how I see her hair. It’s cute, professional, and good taste.
You need your hair pulled back so you can see to shoot down helpless animals as she does on a regular basis.I wouldnt wear anything close to or like the animal killer.
Yesterday on The View Sherri Shepherd (who wears wigs) had a hairstyle and glasses very similiar to Sara Palin. Joy Behar even comented that she looked like a black Sara Palin.
Animal killer? They eat what they hunt & it’s normal in Alaska. I think Sarah is totally classy. The hair is great, the glasses are great and her outfits are great for a woman in politics!
The cost of her eyeglasses is not unreasonable where I live in Texas. Good frames are very expensive. If she can afford them, good for her!
