If you're anything like us, you're definitely feeling the extra few pounds from this past holiday weekend. Sit back and relax tonight with a "healthy" cocktail. If you're going to engage in a cocktail, it might as well be filled with antioxidants.

Ice cubes
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce pomegranate juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
3 or 4 frozen pomegranate seeds for garnish


1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add the vodka, pomegranate juice, and orange juice. Shake well.
2. Add the pomegranate seeds to a cocktail glass. Strain the mix over the seeds.
