But I'm lucky, because I can lead a normal, healthy life with loving, respectful, passionate relationships without ever eating a donut again. Not true for the sex addict.  To have a healthy marriage, spouses should have sex. But what if having sex with your partner makes you want to have sex with everyone you see, or at least the really hot people you chat with online?

As much as I would like to tell these people to "buck up" and "keep it in their pants" and "grow up," I agree with the specialists who have been quoted as saying that sex addiction is one of the hardest ones to break.  

Joining a monastery is one solution.  Just not one with Wi-Fi.
