Tentative agreement reached in Wall Street Bailout

Members of Congress and the Bush administration reached a tentative agreement and will return to work today to iron out the details of the $700 billion Wall Street bailout. The government will buy "mortgage-backed securities and other bad debts held by banks" which will prevent financial institutions from going under and allow them to continue loaning money. The deal will limit the financial packages received by CEO's of failed banking institutions. The House is expected to vote as early as Monday with the Senate to follow.
