The star of the long-running WB drama about a church family just took a walk down the aisle.

27-year-old Beverly Mitchell (how fast they grow up!) married accountant Michael Cameron, also 27, Wednesday in Ravello, Italy. People reports 100 guests attended -- including bridesmaid Jessica Biel and Biel's BF Justin Timberlake.

The bride wore a gown by Melissa Sweet and the groom donned a Kenneth Cole tux. A friend says, "They are a really good fit for each other," adding, "Her friends and family are thrilled."
