Pisces90-Year-Old Woman Attempts Suicide after Home Foreclosure
Addie Polk, who has lived in the same home for 38 years, was facing eviction after she was unable to pay her mortgage. The 90-year-old Ohio woman responded to the foreclosure of her home by shooting herself, after police tried to serve her with an eviction notice more than 30 times. Neighbors say the elderly woman was a victim of "predatory lending." Addie was found on the floor of her home when police came to serve her with an eviction notice and is expected to make a full recovery.

in the land of plenty(yah right) we allow our elderly to be put out on the street. no one can afford to live the good life anymore. lets see, should we have a 1,000 dollar benefit supper or hamburger helper?
