70 million viewers tuned in Thursday for the highly anticipated face-off between seasoned Democratic Vice President nominee, Joe Biden and the Republican newcomer, Sarah Palin. The running mates attracted more attention than the  debate last week between Obama and McCain, which was watched by 55 million viewers.
