A new study proves the stereotype that life is more fun when you're blonde.

Women who dye their hair blonde are more likely to ask for a raise, initiate sex and complain over poor service, according to new research conducted by Nottingham Trent University and Clairol.

How could lighter hair trigger such bold personality changes? According to experts, those who color their hair a lighter hue experience a major confidence boost and feel less inhibited than their darker haired counterparts. And about half report feeling more "impulsive, sexually exciting, rebellious, creative, attractive and able to deal with criticism" after a dye job.
