Do you think she did it?

The mother of a missing three-year-old girl was accused Tuesday in an indictment of killing her daughter, prosecutors said, even though the child's body has not been found during an exhaustive four-month search.

A grand jury returned charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators against Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Casey is being held without bond.

A few hours before the sealed indictment was handed down, the 22-year-old Anthony stood silently, sometimes crying, as her attorney told reporters she is innocent.

One cannot help but think of Patsy and George Ramsey. Everyone felt they were guilty, all evidence pointed to their guilt. Friends turned against them, Patsy’s cancer returned and ultimately killed her, before forensics discovered another person’s involvement. Anyone who harms a child, whether through incest, physical, mental or emotional abuse or neglect, needs to lose their children for all time. Our culture has a difficult time accepting maternal abuse but much less accepting paternal abuse. Who is Caylee’s father remains a mystery. A clue might lie therein. I think Casey is guilty but I also believed Patsy Ramsey was guilty. Hopefully the truth shall prevail. Jann

They shpuld sedate her with an overdose of chloroforma and put her in a plactic bag the same way she did little Caylee

She did it. She didn’t want the responsibility of taking care of her child and yet she was afraid if she gave Caylee to her parents they would cut her off. No more bailing her butt out of trouble or free meals,gas etc. So she thought up this little scheme and boy was it a bad one. Yet due to her sociopathic tendencies maintained an air of invincibility through it all. It is true that God is the ultimate judge but c’mon people, someone has to judge these people. They can’t be left to wonder the streets unpunished for their crimes. If you are capable of killing an innocent once I’d say your capable of doing it again. Your own child for Pete’s sake. She has to take her medicine here and again when she enters the afterlife.

If Casey Anthony were innocent, she wouldn’t have a team of lawyers covering all her lies. She murdered that baby because she was mad at her mother. Maybe she didn’t realize what was going to happen, but it did happen, and she commited the act of murder.

Hell yes she is….I have said this since day one and it is just now being proved…She wanted to commit suicide on 7-31-08..because she could not live without caylee…yet this was on 7-31-08 months before the body was found…I have NO SYMPATHY FOR THESE GRANDPARENTS!!! They knew more and I think I shall fly to Florida for the trial and sit with the prosecution and be on CAYLEES side. Granparents are’nt there, so I will be
