Child Dies in Car Outside of School

A child died inside a vehicle parked at a southeast Houston elementary school Friday afternoon, according to police. Investigators said the child's grandfather was supposed to drop the seven-month-old girl off at a babysitter but forgot. The grandfather is a part-time employee at the school. The child's name and age were not yet released.

Another case of someone who “forgot”. Yeah right.
I can not feel bad for anyone but the child. I never will understand you forget a child anywhere!!! That should be the first thing on your mind, nothing else is that important period!! I really wish people would realize this and stop using the excuse that it was a change for them to have the kid or that they were just so busy and pre-occupied. There really is just no excuse, except for that they were just not putting their kids’ needs infront of thier own.
Wendi you must be perfect. One day something like this could happen to you.
Anonymous—-I am sorry but I agree with what Wendi said and God Forbid it shoud happen once again to anyone else!!!—she is right, your child is your number one priority
No nobody is perfect, and we as parents make plenty of mistakes, this is just happening so much it is truly truly sickening!!!—so many innocent lives, all becasue people get confused or busy???—-sorry that is not an excuse for a life, it is time everyone including myself needs to slow down alot and realize what is important and what is a priority. There are way to many victims.
