"David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie," his lawyer Stanton "Larry" Stein tells PEOPLE. "He successfully completed his treatment." Duchovny voluntarily entered a facility to treat the addiction in August. He is married to actress Téa Leoni and they have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.
