Every year, 5 million dogs are put to sleep. In many of these cases, it's simply because the dog has shown signs of aggression and is considered "dangerous." Dog expert Tamar Geller believes there are several ways to coach your dog, and your family, to make sure that he/she is not a threat to you or your family.
In our two-part series, "When Your Pet Attacks," Tamar met with Eric and Mandy Pankowski. Recently, their English bulldog Gordie attacked their nanny. Now, the Pankowksis are worried that Gordie might snap and harm their one-year-old son Julian. Today, Tamar will share valuable tips on ways to child-proof your dog -- and signs that you may have an aggressive dog.
Will Tamar's training work? Or will the Pankowskis be forced to make a tough decision? Stay tuned to find out what happens to Gordie...
