Police briefly locked down two Kansas schools Friday after receiving reports of a possible kidnapping of a four-year-old girl - only to discover it was a family spat. Apparently the girl's grandmother had taken the child to a bar. The girl's father found the child at the bar, took her, prompting the grandma to call the police alleging the abduction. Police say the girl's father was within his rights to take the girl. No word on whether charges will be filed against the grandmother for making a false report.
