"Jessica is determined to get back her pre-baby body," a source told In Touch Weekly. "She really thinks it will help to motivate her to work hard and lose the extra weight. Of course, she already looks amazing. She already has the flattest stomach you've ever seen! But she's an actress and wants to get back into the size 2 she was before she gave birth."

Alba, who welcomed daughter Honor on June 7, gained 35 pounds while she was expecting. Now she works out at least three times a week with a trainer.
