German courts ruled that a man who accidentally sold his yacht for €22.50 (that's about $38) in an online auction must go through with the transaction, according to reports released on Thursday. The owner of the five figure yacht neglected to set a minimum bid when he registered the boat. The man claimed "technical problems" and "errors" after he realized his mistake. "The standard laws of business transactions also apply to Internet auctions," court spokesman Hubertus Nolte said. "Now the seller must make good on his offer. He can't say after the fact that he didn't want to sell."
