A Canadian man claims he was a guest in a woman's home when he woke up one night to find her having sex with him. The woman became pregnant and later bore his child. Now the man is suing her for anxiety and mental distress because he may be forced to pay child support.

Um, is that possible? Can a man have intercourse while being unconscious? And if he woke up in the middle of it, did he stop..?

Yes it is possible for a man (or woman) to have intercourse while being unconscious/sleeping. But it does make me wonder why he didn’t stop it when he woke up
