Oxford, Massachusetts officials rescheduled Halloween due to concerns that children would be placed in "prime time traffic." The popular holiday has been moved one day to Saturday, November 1. Police Chief Michael Boss agrees with the decision to move Halloween. "It's safer for kids on Saturday than on Friday. It's only 24 hours. I think if parents address the situation correctly, the kids will be fine. They don't care, as long as they get their candy. Kids don't have to check their calendars to see which night they are free. Besides, their candy will last one day longer." Would your kids be angels about this idea or would they turn into ghouls?
