Oxford, Massachusetts officials rescheduled Halloween due to concerns that children would be placed in "prime time traffic." The popular holiday has been moved one day to Saturday, November 1. Besides, their candy will last one day longer." Would your kids be angels about this idea or would they turn into ghouls?
